Lithuanian center Jonas Valanciunas decided Monday to remain with his team in Lithuania rather than join the Raptors for his rookie season. "I’m currently with Lietuvos Rytas and I’m not really interested in those talks," he said, according to Lithuaniabasketball.com. "There’s a lot to be done here. I’m in Lietuvos Rytas, not the Raptors."
