The South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports that Heat president Pat Riley on Tuesday defended forward LeBron James for his performance in the NBA Finals against Dallas. "He's the most unique player in the NBA and we're blessed to have him," Riley said. "I think we have to understand that he is different." Riley also touched on James' Finals drop-off, when James appeared to struggle in the final three games against the Mavericks, especially in the fourth quarter. "It's wrong, it's absolutely wrong to lay it on him like that," Riley said. "He wanted to win. That will be examined." Riley also said there is nothing wrong with James' game. "He has a go-to game," Riley said. "He doesn't have a go-to move. He's got a go-to game. ... Is there going to be a go-to move? I'm going to let him decide what that's going to be." Riley compared James to a young Magic Johnson, and Johnson's early-career travails, "Then of course he was called Tragic Magic for three or four years," Riley said.
