    most improved team?

for me washington. lose the head cases, surround youth with vets that happen to be good dudes and hitting their primes and BOOM championship ladaz.

dont come in here n say noh, they gon stink it up with eg walking and anthony davis stinkin it up ladaz

i somewhat expect nets, gstate and minny to become playoff teams and utah to be a top tier team too.

teams that will drop off; orlando ladaz dwight hello jameer 20 shots a game, chicago ladaz rose ladaz hope, indiana i recon ther gon let hibbert walk n let kaman replace him lolz n stink it up

    aaaaaaaaand boom

i can tell you who it's not, the T-Wolves

i'd say the nets, i mean they did add Joe Johnson, maybe the Wizards since they go from shit to at least playoff bound, 40 will come and say the warriors so no need

Portland have a lot pf potential going in to the upcoming season.

but If they loss BATUM, which is likely to happening
then they will have a huge step back.even
    if they sign HIBBERT now.
Aldridge is a great player an all-star snub
for straight three years. Don't know why
players don't want to play with him.

    It should be the Warriors
    1.getting BARNES,
    2.moving out Ellis for BUGOT
3.Klay showing glimpse of what he can do
    offensively
    4.reliable point GUARD- stephen Curry
    5. LEE, Beidreins, Richard Jefferson and Dorell Wright ..

Yeah I know, I was just kiddin obviously...
On a more serious note though - utterly serious - EVEN (!!!!!!!!!!!!) with the legendary, Great Roy Hibbert...we may actually fall short, as infinitely impossible as that sounds...

The Wizards appear to have improved significantly.
    Perhaps.
