    LeBron's Decision

Going into his third year with Miami, LeBron's gone to the Finals twice and won a ship', looking back at the teams he could have went to, did he make the right choice? Would any of the teams he might have picked done better?

idk, he won a championship yes, but his legacy is forever limited, i mean the guy would of had a better legacy if he had just Bosh or just one other player, if he had stayed In Cleveland short term, put them in pressure to bring in help with Mo Williams and Jamison, he would of been right

    Cleveland was incompetent.

    Well Tebow,
the "Lebron went to Miami and cheated by doing so" is a myth. The actual reality is that, as we all know, he went to a team with a superstar and a very good PF, but in a team with no depth. We've all seen the types of numbers LEBRON first - then Wade - has (have) had to put up to win regular season games as playoff elimination games. And though there are only 5 guys on the floor in bball - as opposed to say 15 in rugby - it's still a team game. And Wilt himselfcouldn't win a ring by himself with his 50ppg and 27rpg...

Making the Finals the FIRST YEAR - and then actually WINNING IT ALL, by actually beating THAT OKC team in 5 is simply uhh...ridicu-fkng-lus.

Also, staying in Cleveland would have been an extremely bad decision - staleness after 7 yrs suffocates greatness and kills the potential of a star.

Of course he would have had much more success (hard to imagine) on other rosters. Just look at that Miami roster, I mean, besides Wade n Bosh (when he's there !...).
Lebron doesn't need 5 other allstars on a team, he's proven he can dominate no matter the circumstances as we all know. By himself. All he needs is, unlike in Miami, for the role players to "play their roles".

Imagine inserting Lebron into a team like Chicago back in '11. A fundamentally sound team (which he's never come close to being in...), with at least that one significant other (the Pippen, the number 2 allstar all good teams need) and good role players.

that is the other issue, Cleveland rejected Amare for Hickson which is just retarted, cause Lebron was that good that Amare+Lebron+Mo Williams with guys like Andy V would of won the championship no problem at all.

He made the right move. He got his ring. Whether that taints his legacy is up for debate, but end of the day he put himself in the best position to win and he did so mission success.

He made the right decision. He didn't bitch and moan in his time with the Cavs like Melo and Howard, he played out his contract and was a free agent. It was a completely free choice where he wanted to go and gave Cleveland his all in his time there. If I was LeBron I'd have done exactly the same thing, put myself in a position to win. It's only butthurt fans who claim any of this legacy bullshit means anything.

So in the year 3000 when the history shows NBA Stats from his career, do you really think it will have an asterisk saying he hurt a few people's feelings? Get real, man. It will say he moved from Cleveland to Miami in 2010 and won a ring two years later.
