The Draft's Effect on FA and Available Players

    Well...
    • It appears with the 76ers taking Moe Harkless that Andre Igoudala is on the move / block.
    • The selection of Tony Wroten by Memphis all but sures up OJ Mayo's departure in FA.
    • Lamb may make Houston think twice about matching for C.Lee. especially if they get stuck and forced to just go young.
    • Henson should put Udoh or Sanders on the block for Milwaukee.
    • GSW selection of Barnes makes their claim of matching offers to Rush seem unlikely with their no. of wings (barnes, thompson, wright, jefferson)
    • Cleveland taking Zeller likely means Verajao trade rumors are true.
    • Sacramento's Thompson likely less important to keep after drafting Robinson.

    anyone got any others?!?!

And I was right on Mayo... he's an UFA now

@CAGrizBlog: Griz issue qualifying offers to Arthur, Speights. Won't issue QO to Mayo or Hudson. CA story coming.

Al Jefferson for Igoudala makes perfect sense...

    yes and no imo...

To me they only move Igoudala to save money... and i just don't think trading him for Jefferson does that (seeing as he's still 2 years at 14mill)... more likely to trade to a team with capspace + asset in my opinion....

Al has one year $15 mil left. Iggy has $14 next year, with a player option for $15 mil in 12-13.

Talent wise it makes sense, money wise it makes sense, and the fit makes sense.

The Jazz could tack on GSW 2013 to sweeten the deal, but IMO straight up is as fair as it gets.
