Below is a list of this year's restricted free agents.

If your team has a restricted free agent, you have three choices:

    1. Submit a one-year qualifying offer
    2. Submit a five-year qualifying offer
    3. Do nothing, and the player will become an unrestricted free agent

If you choose either option 1 or 2, the player will make his decision during the normal free agency period, which is after the NBA Draft. The benefit of a restricted free agent is that you will have the right to match any offer made by any other team.

    Format:

    Team
Player Name - Amount of 1 year offer/First year amount of 5 year offer (w/7.5% raises each year)
    Brooklyn Nets
    Brook Lopez - $4.2 million/$12.9 million

technically beasley's thing should possibly be only 4mill (due to him not starting enough games / cba ) but that to be determined i guess

what about unguarenteed contracts like Martell webster
Jesus, contrary to popular belief, never died. He went into witness protection, in Spain, and has only recently resurfaced as a young man named Ricky, and wears number 9.

Beasley did start enough games. His amount is correct.

As for Webster (and others like him), you'll have a chance to make a decision on him later.

honestly don't mean to be a pain (but this question is more querying about real life then anything) but does Kevin Love's contract extension kick in this offseason or should i have more cap space / his contract stays at 5mill till after offseason (confused due to seeing canishoopus etc... tellin me i should have ~15mill cap space)

It is the offseason. The extension has already kicked in. With Darko's amnesty, you have about $12 mil, which is right in line with real life.
