No he hasn't, all he has straight up said is that he wouldn't sign the extension with Clippers/Warriors etc, he wouldn't sign it straight away with LA, there's some financial benefit if he waits around a little. If he went to the Clippers, got the chance to play alongside Gordon + Griffin, I would bet a considerable amount of money that he would resign there.
