I cant think of a way it would be better, if you have any ideas on how to improve it let me know I had visions of people having rookie starters going 5 deep into the bench, like George being the 3rd guy off the bench I tried to make it so people had to look for bargains, lets hope spens sees it, he could do with a little realism
do you think I should up the cap back up to 60? maybe im being a little too harsh, just wanted to deter super super teams
no problem, just means you are probably gonna get hassled more on here :P the Jazz have become one of my top 10 franchises thanks to your incites, I should be thanking you
I may have asked this before, but do you have Facebook? would be great to have another intelligent fan to talk hoops with
yeah, i had similar thoughts. I've never seen him as a great playmaker, but he's a great defender and enormous energy. I just don't think that this is what the Jazz need though. They need someone consistent who can calmly run the team (first name that pops into my mind is someone like andre miller...) so that the young guys can get confidence and learn on the court.
Thanks though. Just wanted to see what your input would be in this case
Clippers Jazz Discussing Bledsoe For Millsap Deal - RealGM Wiretap
How much would you like a deal like that? Would Bledsoe be a good long term fit? Even though its said to be a very unlikely trade, it doesn't hurt to wonder.
That's why I've supported the idea of starting AL and Favors, whiles bringing Sap and Kanter off the bench for this season. Think it covers up for some of the defensive weaknesses of our first unit, whiles giving Sap more touches with the second unit. Think that would limit those 1st quarter deficits we seem to fall into, and would give the second unit some go to scoring during those stretches when no can score, and they can't play inside out effectivley.
O definitely, was just saying the same thing to Auss. I don't even believe making the playoffs should be the priority that his point, but we should be looking to give significant minutes to the young guys. Especially Favors and Kanter.
I don't think I met you back when I was active on this forum, I believe it was just me an Auss. If you don't mind me asking what do you think about this year's team, and what players do you think are essential to our long term progress as a team?
yeah I know what you mean, they are currently in kind of limbo, half way between the Deron days & the future, iv been convinced for ages that the Jazz are gonna trade Al or Paul, was hoping for something like Al + Pick for Lewis & Pick from New Orleans, but im not sure they would do it because of how bad they have been & Lopez has come on recently, I was also thinking maybe the Bucks would do something like Al for Dalembert, Udrih, Sanders & Pick, Sanders would be an ideal guy to pair with the young tandem of Kanter & Favors, freeing up minutes for both young guys
