The lakers, what can i say, are pissing me off to such a length. seriously, Pau played shit today (which to be fair he has played well for the most part this series) Bynum is being a bitch, Kobe needs to show AUTHORITAH and get Bynum in check and Pau playing well again. Also if MWP is your last hope, you know you got problems
anyway time to start, Bynum is being a bitch but he is good, Howard wants out of Orlando i would still presume and they really cannot run the risk of losing him as shown by the Indiana series (they played well, but if it weren't for Glen Davis they would be of been screwed).
Lineup as of Now
Bynum/Hill
Pau/McRoberts
MWP/Barnes
Kobe/Gouldelock
Sessions/Blake
Picks
60th
Trade #1: Lakers-Magic
To Lakers:
Dwight Howard
49th pick
To Magic:
Andrew Bynum
Devin Ebanks
Ebanks has shown he is a brilliant defender, if he could learn how to shoot beyond mid-range and extend his shot to the 3, he would start over Hedo easily, and for the Lakers, well, it's Dwight Howard, nuff said.
Trade #2: Lakers-Hawks
To Lakers:
Josh Smith
Zaza Pachulia
To Hawks:
Pau Gasol
before everyone goes trade kicker trade kicker, yes i know but if your willing to deal Josh Smith for Paul Pierce, Paul Pierce of all people who is 34 years old, and at times played like absolute shit for the Celtics. Not that Pau didn't have his moments also, but he averaged 17/10 on 50% shooting as a third option essentially with Kobe and Bynum on the same team who probably combined take at least 40 shots a game on most nights, he has the range, can pass the ball, has good post game and most importantly, can play the C very well. Atlanta lacks a C as they play Horford out of position, if Horford played P.F, imagine how productive he can be, and Pau at C, he is about as productive, if not more then at P.F. Also he will get his shots so 20/10 isn't a stretch. Losing Zaza is not too bad cause before this season he wasn't that good and Altanta could probably sign a better C anyway.
Trade #3: Lakers-Timberwolves
To Lakers:
Micheal Beasley
To Timberwolves:
TPE
2013 First
The T-Wolves aren't resigning Beasley, that's a given, at least this way they can get something out of it and use the TPE to go out there and go get the S.G they need to accompany Kevin Love, Ricky Rubio and company (there are good S.G's out there for grabs, package it with their pick and they could get a hell of a player in return) Lakers get a S.F that is halfway good, sure MWP has played well as of late, but lets remember, this guy was so bad before that he probably faced amnesty and not playing.
So Starting Lineup after the three trades:
Howard/Hill
Smith/Mcroberts
Beasley/MWP
Kobe/Gouldelock
Sessions (F.A)/Blake
picks:
49th
60th
