    Free Agency and offseason

Alright, what do we do? Reload or blow it up? I'd say reload.

My favorite scenarios include trading Avery Bradley and the #25 pick to someone looking for youth to get a backcourt player. Courtney Lee and Rudy Fernandez fit the $$$, but do either of their teams want youth?

After they'd get a backcourt bench player, sign some big man (or two) for the MLE. Resign Green and explore your options with Glen Davis.

That's my ideas. Anybody got something else to say?

Reload no doubt. The team is still capable of contending in my opinion just a little fine tuning is the answer.

So there's talks that JSmoove wants to come to Boston.

Would it be smart to give up the expiring Ray Allen for Josh?

Although I'd hate to do it, I'd pull the trigger.

Ray Allen is a key to this Boston team though down the stretch he can hit shots and load up for 30 on any given night still. Maybe a package with Glen Davis perhaps?

I don't think they are ready to rebuild just yet, I think there's still a bit in them to still make the playoffs and maybe contend.

I heard that Boston is not interested in Smoove.. Though he would be the perfect player alongside Rondo on the break, quality guy on defense and someone to replace KG after he rides off in the sunset... On the flipside, Ray is the ultimate professional and team guy. I'd hate to lose him. So I don't really know. I doubt that Hawks would want Davis with a fresh contract, they want cap relief, so Ray would be their dude. His expiring could entertain the Hawks. But iono.

Its kind of a kick to the face for Allen though. I think he resigns with a much smaller contract in the Celtics. I think that the Hawks are just lacking one nice player. Davis would be nice as a starting player at the 4. Smoove moves down to the 2.
